Coach Ez is certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness as well as Precision Nutrition Level 1 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Phys. Ed. Global Fitness and Wellness in which he graduated as a Magna Cum Laude.

Coach Ez has been training for 6+ years and has experience with various ages starting from youth (aged 7+) all the way to seniors. He also has experience in various settings which includes commercial gyms, strength and conditioning gyms as well as clinical environment.

Coach Ez’s personal training programs offer fantastic one-on-one exercise guidance. The packages are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being. Coach Ez believes that in order to develop life long positive changes, you must start from within.

Following your initial consultation, interview and body composition reports and analysis, your progress is carefully tracked over the course of your training program with periodic re-evaluations to ensure that you are progressing at an appropriate pace toward meeting your ultimate fitness goals.

Addicted To Strength Program 💪🏽💪🏽 (Highly Recommended for its Health Benefits)

This program is 45 minutes in duration and it is designed to get you strong based on your personal progression. It includes monthly fitness assessments, body composition reports and analysis, along with extensive warm-up, cool down and stretching protocols. This package is recommended for most individuals due to health benefits as well as its excellence in relieving stress and achieving a high level of self confidence.
