Daily Caloric Intake Calculator
To use the Daily Calorie Intake Calculator, simply enter your age, gender, height in feet and inches (for example, 5'10"), weight in pounds, and activity level from the dropdown menu.
The activity levels range from sedentary (with little or no exercise) to extra-active (at least seven times per week). Once you have entered all of the essential information, click the "Calculate" button.
The calculator will then process your inputs and show the results below the form. The results will show you the expected daily caloric intake for maintaining your present weight, losing weight (500 calories less than maintenance), or gaining weight.
