My name is Ezekiel “Ez” Gavieres and I believe that training is not just a way to get in shape but also a way to stay healthy enough to enjoy everything else in life – from running marathons and league sports to playing with your children and loved ones to just being active on the weekends.
I am certified through the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) and hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Kean University in Phys. Ed. Global Fitness and Wellness and I come from a background of helping people of all ages, from elementary aged to seniors, in a variety of fitness settings.
My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making mindful decisions when it comes to your health. Everybody is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your strengths and limitations as well as your fitness goals. With my knowledge and expertise and your continuous efforts, we can achieve the ultimate best version of yourself.
