About Me
Now that you know what to expect here, allow me to introduce myself...
Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine, but it wasn’t always easy. Growing up, I struggled with my weight and self-confidence. No matter how hard I worked, the frustrating cycle of fad diets and short-lived gym memberships always ended in disappointment.
It wasn’t until I discovered a love of strength training in my 20’s that everything changed. I learned to fuel my body properly and fell in love with lifting weights. For the first time, I created habits that stuck.
Over time, I completely transformed my body and mind. I wanted to help others do the same.
So I got certified through NCSF after graduating college with a BSc. in Exercise Science, honed my coaching skills training clients of all ages and backgrounds, and eventually opened Body By EZ.
Today, I’ve helped hundreds of people just like YOU take control of their fitness. Seeing their success stories and transformations never gets old! I love this work, and I’m passionate about meeting YOU where you are to help you reach your goals.
